IN EVERY ACADEMIC YEAR THE SCHOOL WILL HOLD TWO TERMINAL EXAMINATIONS WHICH CARRY 80 MARKS. BESIDES THESE THE CLASS TESTS WILL BE CONDUCTED WHICH WILL CARRY 20 MARKS. NURSERY TO STD IV STUDENTS WILL BE ASSESSED BY GRADES.

- Promotions to the higher class is based on the Class Tests as well as on the
average marks obtained in the terminal examinations. Those who obtain
less than 40% in any minor subjects and 50% in the major subjects will
be refused for promotion. SUPW (Social Useful Productive Work) as
subject is considered a MUST for internal assessment for promotion.
- Students are to appear for all the tests and examinations. Not attending
any test or examination without a valid reason or without approval from the
School authority will result in the denial ofpromotion to the higher class.
- The School does not entertain any request for a re-test of any subject
under any circumstance.
- The decision of the School authorities on the matter of the promotion is
final and binding.
- If a student fails for two consecutive years in any class he / she will be
issued a Transfer Certificate along with the result at the end of the year.
- A student must put in a minimum of 75% of attendance in an academic
year to be considered for promotion.
