STUDENT DROP-OFF REMINDER AND OUTSIDE GATE SAFETY

Student safety is very important! Please arrive early and drop off prior to 7:20 a.m. Please follow drop-off zone rules! Please note parents are responsible to supervisor children outside the gate.

VISITOR TAGS

For the safety of our students and staff, all visitors and parents are required to report to the secretary's office where a "Visitor" tag will be issued. Parents are not to go to their child's classroom during instructional times. Supplies and lunches are to be left at the office labeled with your child's name on it. Please encourage your children to bring all needed items to school daily. We also wish to restrict calls home for supplies and lunches, so please have your child review daily routines and help them to prepare for their day prior to bedtime. Thank you.

ABSENTEES

It is very important that you send a note, if your child will be absent. Upon returning to school, your child must bring a note to the classroom teacher explaining the reason for the absence and stating the day(s) absent (one note per student). We ask that all notes be written at home, not last minute at the school office.

AFTER SCHOOL PLEASE

Pick up your children promptly after school, or after extra curricular activities. Thank you for your diligence in our continued efforts for the safety all our children.
